Our Workforce Readiness Program equips children, teens, and young adults with special needs with the practical tools and support they need to enter — and thrive in — the workforce.

Job Skills Training

Resume & Interview Preparation

Internships & Job Placement
Through partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community programs, we connect participants with internships and job opportunities that match their skills and interests.
